Corridor X, Е-80, Nis - border with Bulgaria ( Eastern fork )

Eastern fork of the Corridor X, E-80 from Nis to the border with Bulgaria in the length of 86.9 km, consists of 10 parts (lots):
 

    Prosek-Bancarevo route and bridges LOT 1 (contractor AKTOR SA, Terna SA, contract value is 36.22 million euros, works completed on 30. 9. 2017), the section for technical reasons is not released for traffic, will be released after completion works on the section Bancarevo-Crvena Reka and after equipment of Tunnel Bancarevo EMI

    Bancarevo-Crvena Reka LOT 2 (contractor AKTOR S.A, contract value of 39.92 million euros. Expected completion and release of this section for traffic in May 2019)

Problems: a large number of unstable slopes that slow down the works (on this section there is a total of 27 slopes)

Prosek-Crvena Reka LOT 3 tunnel Bancarevo (contractor Subterra, contracted value of 20.4 million Euros. Construction works are completed. The equipment of the tunnel with electro-mechanical installations is in process. Azvirt is the contractor)

Crvena Reka -Ciflik LOT 4 (contractor is AKTOR S.A, contracted value of 43.04 million euros, the section was released into traffic after the final layer of asphalt was placed on July 7, 2017)

Ciflik-Stanicenje LOT 1 (the contractor is Construcciones Rubau, the contracted value of the works is 31.3 million euros, the section was released into traffic after the final layer of asphalt was placed on July 13, 2017)

Stanicenje-Pirot East LOT 2 (the contractor is AKTOR SA, the contracted value of the works is 69.4 million euros, 7.4 km of the section released into traffic after the final layer of asphalt in full profile on September 16, 2017, 5.0 km in full profile on March 18, 2018, the section is partially completed and released for traffic, but parts of the section in the tunnel Sopot and Sarlah are not in fully completed. Equipment of tunnel Sopot and Sarlah with electromechanical installations is being carried out.

Bela Palanka-Pirot LOT 3 parallel non-commercial road (the contractor is Trace Group Hold plc, contract value of 15.4 million euros, works completed on April 15, 2018)

Pirot East-Dimitrovgrad LOT 1 and LOT 2 (contractor is Trace Group Hold plc, contracted value of 19.5 million euros, section released into traffic on September 16, 2017)

Bypass Dimitrovgrad LOT 1 and LOT 2 - (After the termination of the contract with Alpine, a contract was signed with Trace Group Hold plc in May 2016. A new contract was signed with the contractor AKTOR S.A)

The value of completed works with "Alpina" 19.83 mil. euro

The value of the works carried out with "Tras" is 2.87 mil. euro

The value of contracted works with "Aktor" 17,068 mil. euro

  The section was put into traffic after the final layer of asphalt on September 16, 2017, except slopes of Gradinje, where the traffic was released in full profile on March 18, 2018. Works on rehabilitation of the unstable part of the slope are underway. Expected completion deadline is June 2019.

Tunnels Progon and Pržojna Padina (contractor TERNA SA), the value of the contract is 41.01 million euros.

The section was put into traffic after the final layer of asphalt, with electromechanical equipment in full profile on 16 September 2017. The contractor has entirely completed the elimination of issues and the engineer has issued a certificate for a good job execution.

 

The value of the contract for tunnel equipment is 564.709.000 RSD. Contractor is "Elef".
