Project significance: 
The reconstruction and modernization project of the railway section Stara Pazova - Novi Sad is of strategic importance considering that it is part of the core transversal network of the Republic of Serbia and as such is part of the route of the future high-speed railway line between Belgrade and Budapest.

Project status: 
Works are in progress.

• Percentage of physical realization on 21 May 2021: 82,56%
• Percentage of financial realization on 21 May 2021: 85,17%.

So far, all 40.5 km of the Stara Pazova – Novi Sad high-speed railway line have been completed. Of that total length of the railway line, 34.1 km is an open railway line (left and right track together) on the Stara Pazova – Beška section, as well as 5.4 km of station tracks at the Indjija station.
