Department for building and exploitation permit issuance

Department for building and exploitation permit issuance carries out the following activities: activities between investors and processors; data verification of the submitted documents for construction and temporary construction permits; writing information about the content and lacks in submitted documentation; providing expert guidance to the parties; making proposals for the issuing of the building permits, decision to build the facilities and construction, which do not require a building permit; preparation of the reports and information; activities between the investors and the Commission for technical inspection of the facilities; preparing documents of the exploitation permits for the facilities of importance for the Republic of Serbia, as well as other documents, information and reports on the technical inspection and exploitation permit; performing other tasks within the domain of the Department.
