Department for Inspection Affairs in the field of communal utilities

In the Department for Inspection Affairs in the field of communal utilities, the following tasks are performed: inspection supervision over the implementation of the Law on communal activities and regulations adopted on the basis of that law; filing a request for the initiation of a misdemeanor procedure, or an application for a commercial offense or criminal charges; taking measures defined by law and by-laws, as well as other tasks from the scope of the Department.
