In the Group for control of the planning basis for expropriation, the following tasks are carried out: professional examination of planning documentation for determining the public interest for objects of local significance; expert check of planning documentation for determining the public interest for objects of importance for the Republic; preparing an opinion on the correctness of planning documents for determining the public interest; Providing expert assistance to the applicant for expropriation / the beneficiary of the expropriation in the process of preparing the proposal for determining the public interest for expropriation; realization of cooperation with the competent bodies of local self-government units in the process of preparation and obtaining the appropriate planning basis for determining the public interest; participation in the work of the commission for plans of local self-government units and providing expert assistance to the commissions for plans of local self-government units, as other tasks from the scope of the Group.
