In the Group for the preparation and implementation of the utility infrastructure program, activities related to: cooperation and communication with international development organizations and international financial institutions dealing with the financing of local communal projects are carried out; planning and drafting of the Local Communal Infrastructure Program proposal; analysis of infrastructure needs, setting priorities, criteria and selection of project beneficiaries; the preparation of the necessary contractual documents providing funding and harmonizing international and domestic regulations relevant to the implementation of the program; providing national co-financing of projects; Providing expert assistance to users of funds; preparing reports to international and European organizations that provide funding for projects, as well as other relevant organizations that co-fund or participate in the implementation of the program; organization and coordination of project participants' activities (local utility companies, local self-government units, international development and financial organizations, etc.), as well as other activities from the scope of the Group.
