The significance of the project:
The project is of high priority for the Republic of Serbia, since the section from New Belgrade to Surcin represents the connection between the city of Belgrade and the E-763 highway ("Milos the Great"), thus creating a functional whole of city roads and the E-763 highway, which represents the shortest link between Belgrade and Adriatic Sea.
Status of the project:
Conceptual design in the final stage.
Commercial contract on designing and construction works for construction of section New Belgrade - Surcin signed between MGSI, PE Roads of Serbia and China Communications Construction Company Ltd.

70.500,000 USD
Start of the project:
08/18/2019 (Commercial agreement signed)
Source of finance:
Negotiations are underway to provide a source of funding for the completion of project documentation and works.

The section from New Belgrade to Surcin is 7.9 km long and is part of the E 763 highway, Belgrade - Southern Adriatic.
