Strategic and legal basis:
The contract for the design and execution of works on the construction of the railway infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, as well as for the construction of the Unified Dispatch Center for Train Traffic Management in the Republic of Serbia, signed in January 2019 between "Infrastruktura železnice Srbije" a. d. and "RZD International". Law on the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation on the approval of a state export credit to the Government of the Republic of Serbia ("Official Gazette of the RS - International Agreements ", No. 16 of 27 December 2019). Direct contracting based on the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation.
Status of the project:
The development of technical documentation was completed in the third quarter of 2022.
