The Novi Pazar–Tutin section is crucial for safer and faster traffic flow, economic development, and regional integration. At the same time, it opens potential routes towards Montenegro and attracts increased investment, thereby bringing tangible benefits to the local population and businesses.
The section was opened to traffic in June 2022.
Estimated value: 24 million euros
The project is financed by funds from the budget of the Republic of Serbia and loans from foreign banks.
The project encompasses the reconstruction of the Novi Pazar–Tutin state road, including the construction of a bridge over the Sebečevska River within the territory of the city of Novi Pazar. The section is designed for a maximum permitted speed of 40/60 km/h and is divided into Subsection 1 (within the territory of the City of Novi Pazar), Subsection 2, and Subsection 3 (within the territory of the Municipality of Tutin), including the construction of a bridge over the Sebečevska River within the City of Novi Pazar.
