Department of urban development planning
In the Department of urban development planning, there are tasks related to: giving consent to urban plans in accordance with the law; providing expert assistance in the preparation and adoption of urban plans; making proposals for appointing members of the commission for plans, providing expert assistance and participating in the work of the commissions for plans of local self-government units; giving data and conditions for the preparation of planning documents at the request of the holder of the plan; keeping records on urban plans for which the consent of the Minister responsible for urban planning affairs has been issued; keeping records of adopted urban plans and data analysis in order to assess the state of urban development in the settlements of the Republic; participation in public inspection procedures and early public insight into planning documents; preparation and preparation of analyzes, studies, reports, information and other materials in the field of urban development planning; giving / preparing expert opinions on the application of regulations from the scope of the Department / Sector; preparing opinions on draft laws and other regulations prepared / proposed by other ministries, special organizations and other bodies and organizations, or regulations issued by holders of public authorizations, in accordance with the law; participation in the preparation of expert bases for drafting regulations in the sphere of planning and arrangement of space and settlements; expert check of planning documents for determining the public interest; giving opinions on the correctness of planning documentation for determining the public interest; monitoring and analysis of the implementation of regulations in the field of urban development planning; proposing and implementing measures for improvement of the situation in the area and settlements of the Republic; are / financing the development of urban plans and national programs regulating urban politics, urban reconstruction and reconstruction, etc.; cooperation with donors, cooperation with donors, international organizations, other state bodies and local self-governments and professional organizations in the process of preparation and realization of projects, strategies, plans and programs in the field of urban development planning; cooperation with local community bodies and organizations, professional institutions and professional organizations in the field of urban development planning; initiating, preparing and implementing appropriate programs and projects that promote the field of urban development planning in the public; initiating and coordinating activities to identify needs for international assistance in the field of urban development planning; monitoring and analysis of international legal instruments and EU urban development policy; participation in the preparation of a national sustainable urban development policy; preparation of reports on the state of urban development of the Republic of Macedonia's settlements; digital preparation and storage of planning documents; preparation of the Internet presentation of planning documents; ensuring the availability of information of public importance in the process of drafting and issuing planning documents; establishment and development of data infrastructure in accordance with the INSPIRE Directive; determining and providing conditions for access to data held by the Ministry in spatial planning and urban planning; maintenance and updating of an electronic database of planning documents; forming reports, charts and tables and preparing data for the purpose of issuing location information, location conditions and the process of legalizing the objects; preparation of data at the request of the holder of public authorizations, professional and general public; achieving cooperation with local self-government bodies for updating the GIS databases on planning documents; coordination with local self-government units in order to keep a database of planning documents; initiating, preparing and issuing permanent, occasional and occasional publications in the field of urban planning; conducting study-analytical, documentary statistical-registers, IT, professional-operational, office (administrative-technical), as well as other tasks from the scope of the Department.
